CIT 3291: COMPUTER APPLICATIONS FOR BUSINESS
Prerequisite – CIT 3100: Introduction to Computer Technology

Course Purpose
This course aims to equip students with business applications that are necessary to live and work in a technological society.

Course Description
The main focus of this course is on the selected software as applied in business, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation graphics and business utilization of the internet. Relevant examples from the following Information systems will be discussed: Human Resource (HR), Operations, Procurement, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Planning etc.
